A Note to Readers
from Ann Handley
Chief Content Officer

The Gems of 2008!

Welcome to this special issue of MarketingProfs Today. In the past I've called this a "best of" issue, highlighting the best content from the previous year. But this year, I've taken a slightly different tack and pulled some 2008 gems that you might have missed.

Some of the articles included in this year-end issue are slightly offbeat (like Stephan Spencer's article on "GTD"), others are nicely done (like Gary Levitt's article on Email Marketing Disobedience), and others are just great information (like my interview with Jason Alba on Facebook and Dan Schawbel's Six Free Tools piece). I hope you enjoy them all.

On behalf of everyone here at MarketingProfs, thank you to you, our members, for all of your support this year. It's both an honor and a privilege to interact with you via the newsletter, our seminars, our conferences, blog, Know-How Exchange, on Twitter, and the like... and we appreciate your vital role in our business. Here's to 2009!

p.s. MarketingProfs is running a sweet holiday special for you and some special marketer on your list.
