A Note to Readers

The MarketingProfs Job Board (and More About Our B2B 2.0 Expo!)

Greetings, readers, and thanks for stopping by.

I have two things to mention this week:

1. One of the best-kept secrets at MarketingProfs is the
MarketingProfs Job Board
.

B-to-B Marketing in 2008:
Trends in Strategies & Spending

MarketingProfs and Forrester Research recently surveyed marketing and other management professionals to study changes in business-to-business marketing strategies and budget allocation. As its name suggests, it's the place where marketers can find and post jobs. On any given day, there are 800 souls traipsing through, checking out the available listings or, if they are HR types, listing marketing and marketing-esque jobs.

(Recently, in fact, MarketingProfs listed an opening there, and we were amazed at the volume of the resumes ourselves (!) – which is a good problem to have.)

If you are in the market for a job, or have a job to list, please check it out.

2. I know I've been yammering on and on about it, but things are starting to come together for the March 5 B2B 2.0 Expo in a big way.

In case you haven't heard, presenters include the knowledgeable David Meerman Scott, who'll be speaking on the new rules for B2B marketers. David knows the subject cold, since he literally wrote the book on it. See the full agenda here.

More than 2,500 people have registered to attend, says Event Manager Susanne Sicilian, so don't miss out!
