Question:Where can I find a one-sheeter on how to develop a S.W.O.T. analysis.

Answer:SWOT analysis is actually quite straightforward since it deals with a competitor's strengthts (S) & weaknesses (W) and the opportunities (O)and threats (T) for a company. If you're looking for a simple example, we would type in SWOT in google or some other search engine. For example, you'll find one at mindtools.

Typically, people put a SWOT analysis in a marketing or business plan to get an idea of the competitive landscape and possibilities. We think this is a good idea, but be sure to think about how the competition will react and other aspects of competition.
