Question:Where can I find a one-sheeter on how to develop a S.W.O.T. analysis.

Answer:SWOT analysis is actually quite straightforward since it deals with a competitor's strengthts (S) & weaknesses (W) and the opportunities (O)and threats (T) for a company. If you're looking for a simple example, we would type in SWOT in google or some other search engine. For example, you'll find one at mindtools.

Typically, people put a SWOT analysis in a marketing or business plan to get an idea of the competitive landscape and possibilities. We think this is a good idea, but be sure to think about how the competition will react and other aspects of competition. In particular, see Predicting Competitive Reactions, something that most companies forget to do, and Is Competition a Good Thing?
