Michaela DeLong is the newbie on the MarketingProfs team, but she has been in the online marketing game for some time, somewhat fondly recalling the days when emails were built in a notepad and eyes bugged out to discover that an email could outperform a glossy tri-fold brochure. Luckily things have evolved and so has she.
