I am giving a workshop on strategic communication plans for non-profits. And right now I am hoping to create an environment which works for most levels, realizing it will be difficult to target all. Having said that I still try to deliver an inspiring and practical session.
What was one thing you loved at a recent training or seminar?
And – or – if you were a participant in a workshop that ended up being a bit “old-hat” or too pedestrian for your skill level – was there anything that the instructor did which still made it worthwhile ?
It seems I will not know going in – what skill level my participants will have --and yet I want to offer something for everyone as a “take away.”
