Project Management For Marcom/ad Agencies

I am looking to improve the way projects are managed at my agency, a small sized (less than 20 people) marcom & advertising agency. Most project management tools I have seen are either too robust, or don't allow for the collaborative nature of an agency environment, or are too time-consuming to maintain the very frequently changing deadlines and client variables involved in an agency. I am looking for suggestions on a flexible, easy-to-use Project Management software package or process that can be used to manage mutliple clients, multiple projects for each client.
