I am into business selling the software foreign language learning products but in India nobody is willing to buy the softwares because of investing huge money on that. So please guide me properly to bring my clients close to me.

Hi Rk_Srikanth

How did you research your market for the potential need of your product?

Is this a current business or new one?

If you have prepared the groundwork for your strategy by analysing:

Business environment
Internal examination
Competitor analysis
Identifying your Key factors for Success
SWOT - this translates the previous 4 steps to provide a platform to develop a competitive advantage.

It's just hard work but if you really understand your customers, maket, channels, competitor and costs you will be able to formulate a winning strategy that gives you a clear direction.

Hope this helps.

try group sales - if it is too much money for an individual to invest, think in the direction of groups and offer a group learning method.

If the investment for the software is too much for an individual (your primary target market - at this point), then you may need to rethink your pricing strategy for the software, and think instead of multiple revenue streams. Turqiz suggested group learning (i.e. public seminars on the foreign language). The training could be a premium revenue stream, and the software a low cost product to get entry and longevity in the market.

Good Luck with the business, Les

So what business are you in?

Software sales?

Or education?

How have you targeted your customers?
What constitutes a reasonable price for them?
Are you selling them a strong value proposition? e.g. Learn to speak good Japanese and you will stand a better chance of earning higher income how...

Hope this helps

simplemente haciendo que las cosas pasen y preocuparse por que cada accion planteada en función de tu objetivo general, sea llevado acabo a cabalidad
