New Asp Service Sales Have Plateaued

Our software firm develops and ships Decision Support System software based on our proprietary tool. We launched an online marketing analysis and survey tool using this advanced artifical intelligence engine. Customers are estatic about the quality and the price but our Google leads have plateaued. We need a strategy to with a high ROI to bring more leads into our funnel. Should it be PR or direct advertising in journals? Vertical (retail, insurance, financial) or horizontal (HR, Marketing, Customer Service) journals? The leading competitor in this area has aggressive inside sales but we cannot afford the expense of numerous inside folks,however they do a few million more.

    In addition to eMarketing - you might look at outsourcing that inside sales function. There are dozens or maybe hundreds of telemarketing firms who could help you - including me. If you (or we) targeted a highly focused list, combining phone calls and voice mail messages with mail to the right folk, we might get a few more opportunities in your pipeline.
