How To Reach Potential Investment Partners

I have set up a website that describes my investment opportunity. I have tried letting potential investors know of my vision by posting messages in the websites they frequent and encouraging them to go to my website for deatils. I haven't received any replies because the websites that I've posted my messages block the message since it has a URL in it and they treat it as spam. How can I get these potential investors to browse my website? Thanks.
