I am doing a project in stationery company,in which First I have to promote products through putting up stalls at residential complex and outside shopping malls. After that I have to find out the effectiveness of the promotion done.
I have prepared questionnaire for pre promotion to know about brand awareness level, usage habits etc. of children and parents.
But I am doubtful about the effectiveness of post promtion findings as in residential complexes, I may get same control group for survey, will this give me a correct findings about the effectiveness of promotion done.
But what about questionnaire ,should I include the same quesions as of in pre promotion questionnaire, and what should be the attributes to measure effectiveness in post promotion quesionnaire.
I am thinking of comparing sales and cost involved in promotion, person visiting and conversin rate. But still I am confused ,is there any other way to find out effectiveness.
Looking forward for your responces.
Regards
Priti
