What Do Elderly Business Owners Look In S/w Solns?

I am into software sales. My product is aimed at companies that are into shipping. The prospects I approach are grey haired elderly business owners, usually 60+ years. They have been things (manually) for over 40 years. They are extremely difficult to convince. The new business owners (<40 years), give a chance to atleast see the demo, raise questions, and provide feedback. Elderly people refuse for an appointment either. Any ideas on how to interest these people?
