How do you know that you have 2,000 unique visitors per day? Your Alexa ranking is about 450,000, which is not really consistent with a site having this much traffic.

Is there any chance that you are confusing page views, or even worse, "hits" with unique visitors?

Well I agree with the links.
I would go even further: I think the font, the advertising/links, the way the fonts change when the cursor is over them, the lack of transparency in what regards fees - all together don't inspire much confidence in the site, therefore the service you're offering.
I would try to have a look into other similar sites (offering the same kind of service or similar) and try to get the best out of them and then try to differentitate. You should also know who you're trying to hit. Do you have any way to find out how people find out about you? Did you ever consider an approach mixing internet and real economy? And why (since you're craftytv.com) do you ask people to make payments to sam@yellowsail.com? You have a confidence problem due, from my point of view, to poor brand building.
