following are my feedback on your website (you have already got advice for getting sponsors ;-))).

1. your site looks a lot more like a tech firm site, not a non-profit organization. (no pun intended)

2. the link ART is easily overlooked by surfers as its completely separate from other links like home, about us, links. I suggest your mover either ART to the same lateral level of Home or vice versa.

3. your links like career opportunities are not in good colour. the dark blue is not soothing on eyes. Also the pics/icons for each gives a look of Techo/Retro style not a Non-profit.

4. btw, i am surprised to find a DJ job opportunity in your site's career opportunities section. would you pls elabore?

5. if i go to the Career page, then there's no link to take me to other pages like Sponsors and Events.

6. you should reorganize your Sponsors page, the pics basically confuse surfers what the you want to convey.

7. Interestingly, onthe home page you have a link to MORE for HT Extreme Sports Products, but on the sponsors page ( i guess they are sponsors, since you thanked them) there is no link to know more about them. YOu either take the "thank you" section on the home page left side where you can have the MORE link (since u have mentioned that in sponsored page) or vice versa.

8. in your event page you havenot said the party will be held. that coveys a negetive message IMHO.

9. in the ART what are you trying to convey, what is this pic? is it for sale, or for download?? if its for download then you should have options for higher resolution (if anyone wants it)

thanks for your mail. i am replying to your mail here in this forum.

1. in order to remember the deceased sponsore you can have a Condolences link in the Sponsor Page.

2. the ART link is not in the same level of placement on the page as other menu links, like "home" or "about us". all these should be at the same level, ideally.

3. youyhave mentioned that the Pad is a nightclub environment targeted to High Schoolers with other life changing attributes like, mentoring, counselling etc. BUT those are told at the very end of the "About Pad" page. IMHO, that should be put at the top, if not, after the 1st paragraph (where mention the NY Times report).

4. pls refer to the other points in my earlier posting regarding improving your site.

honestly, your Pad is a great idea targeted towards High Schoolers, specially when there has been increased instances of yourgsters abusing alcohol and tobacco (i have read in news).

talking about sponsores, i dont know whether in US there are charities and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) targeted towards this segment of population, but you should really try to contact probable NGOs and other donor agencies like Anti Tobacco, Anti Smoking and Anti Alcohol NGOs who will be willing to be your sponsors.

Research the targeted business owners and possible investors, most will have a personal connection to what you're trying to raise money for. Once you have a personal connection it'll be a lot easier to get money out of them for help.
