I'm from Malaysia and last year I've started a partnership business with two of my ex-school friends,
After 3 years working in an international company, I had decided quit and gave a shot to make money in the business world.We're in the advertising and printing line. It turned our sour though we made quite a good sum of money at the beginning,but after 8 months and I'm now in a phobia situation of confusion whether to go back to the business world or to continue my career working for people and continue the rat race or not. Recently, me and my other business partners had new ideas to market our new product, though it's not concrete and financially not secured,i am confused on which path that can lead me to becoming a successful person in life. I am a workaholic and my biz partner has always got his "instinct" principal that he only follows it when the "picture" comes into his mind.Else, he'll do nothing.Sounds risky and it doesn't even tele with the business principals.Can anyone advise me on what should I do? I'm 22 this year,entrepeneur minded but wants job security. Thanks.
