    Salim,

I think that Puru is right pointing out sustainable as the correct word to apply in that context.

Below you can find some examples of the usage of this word as cited by Longman Dictionary:
    sus‧tain‧a‧ble
1 able to continue without causing damage to the environment:
The government should do more to promote sustainable agriculture.
the sustainable use of rainforest resources
Cycling is a totally sustainable form of transport.
    environmentally sustainable development
2 able to continue for a long time:
The party is promising low inflation and sustainable economic growth.

By the way why not call it Customer Experience Division?

    Here's another version:

Create a positive, sustainable customer experience by understanding and exceeding the customers expectations with on-time service that provides good value, and creates a distinctive point of difference.

Customer Relations and Customer Management are both terms that miss one important word that you used in your vision - SERVICE. Any reason why you don't use the name Customer Service Division?

IMO, Service is what the Customer is looking for. They don't want Management, and they usually have enough of their own Relations without expecting more from you.

    Go with service...

    Hope this helps.

    Salim,

Pls accept my congatulations.Athough partially but still you did achieve something. It also shows that perhaps they are not so arrogant as it might seem to you and definitely it's worth trying to convince them of concepts and ideas you believe in.

    All the best

    Adam
