For business people, time is money! To the point means without extraneous information - just what we need. Extra unnecessary information takes time to read. If we are taking much time reading some overly wordy, we can't talk with customers to sell products or work to make products or work to design products.

Concise means that the stuff we write has to be precisely undstandable. This is so we don't misunderstand something and take the wrong action. Taking the wrong action can waste time and cost much money if we have to undo something.
