Know-How Exchange : Customer Behavior

I'm not sure exactly what it is you're looking for, but I would think the answer might be different in different industries or categories. I'd certainly expect it to be different in consumer packaged goods, for example, than in durables (like cars or refrigerators) or personal services (like lawyers or accountants, etc.). And it's probably different in B2C than in B2B.

Perhaps you can be more specific about the industry and the expected use of the data. It will certainly help us answer your question better and ultimately be more helpful to you.

And what is "innovativeness" research? I'm not familiar with the term, and I don't know that I've ever seen consumer research that addresses "innovativeness" explicitly. (Sometime it's a category label in psychographics, but that's about the only use of the term I can recall.)

"Consumer behavior," of course, is a very broad topic, and there's a ton of research on that ... much of it proprietary, but some not. Again, the truths in the research are much different in some categories than others.
