What Are The Proper 7 P's Of Marketing

I have to write a paper describing the 7 P's, segmentation, and SWOTT analysis of a diabetes or cardiac rehab clinic. My first delimma is that all of the sites I have looked at do not have the same last P's as my professor wants us to describe. The 3 last P's that he would like us to use are Policy, Partnership, and Politics. Has anyone had any experience with these 3 P's within any type of setting?

My second delimma is I am not finding marketing information on these healthcare provider sites. Is that normal? Should I be looking somewhere else for marketing information or should I talk with the companies personally?

    I think your professor assigned you the task of discerning how partnerships (political) create policy, especially social policy since your model is a rehab clinic.

    Years ago, when I went to find the P's of marketing, I found so many! (I'm crazy on research) I think that maybe the answer. :)

    Just make a list and choose the 7 you feel are the most important.
