    A few quick suggestions:

    1. The page could use some graphic help ... color, images of humans, etc. You might consider hiring a professional designer for this.

    2. The headline could be shorter and not refer explicitly to the first-person "We." As an example: "Online Medical Transcription / Quick, Easy, Painless" (6 words instead of 11)

    3. The positioning paragraph is hard to read because the type font is too big, and the line width is too large. It's a struggle to read the paragraph.

    4. The text is not readable by bots, so search engines won't have any idea what the site is about.

    Rob - Some thoughts:

Rather than say 8 years of experience, highlight the number of people you've helped (1000s of doctors served) - it's touched upon in your footer (1 Million+). There's also a typo for "Delivered".

0Add-on Fees can be visually scanned to seem like there are add on fees. If there are none, spell it out (No)

Can you up your accuracy to 99.9% (do you know for sure it's 99%, or have you confirmed that it's higher)?

Can you add a bullet point for "unmatched service"? That's what you're ultimately selling, which is likely to be more important than your experience column.

And I agree with Michael - the text is too large for the page and needs to be text, not a big picture.

I suggest moving your call to actions higher on the page. As they sit now, How It Works and Get Started only appear below the fold.

Trim down the top intro text, make the "Learn More" and "Contact Us" call to action buttons stronger and more attractive, and drop them in the dark blue box, or just on the line above the numbers.

Also agree with Michael - the page desperately needs images. Your Hero Shot could be a picture of a sample transcription or someone with behind the keyboard.
