2. What is the other promotions that company can use to promote courses for their university so that the industry look the course promote as an advantage?

    1. How would achieving a Masters tangibly benefit students/workers? Can you prove it?
    2. Two issues: 1) Why is attending your university better than others? 2) Can you prove a special knowledge you offer for the field?

    It's not completely clear what you are seeking. Are you running a school or a company that might want to enroll employees in the school? Who exactly is your target audience? Where? What do you want them to know and/or do? Why should they do it? What's the benefit for them? What are their alternatives?

    Given the depressed O&E for this and the next few years...a suggested dual approach:
    a) people out of work - position your company for 'educational advancement' when O&E rebounds
    b) those still employed; offer what immediate benefit for your potential customer. Make it easy to apply, easy to use, easy to understand the benefit(s)
