How To Make A Relevant Store-check

i would like to create a template in order to make a interesting and relevant store-check.
The objective is to evaluate my brand in competition context regarding packaging design, promotion and distribution. The conclusion of the analysis should be usefull for improvements. The template should be reapplyable for other brands and shops.

    You might want to consider a staff attribute set too.

    Is the staff helpful?

    Do they have the right sales skills?

    Do they know anything about the product?

    How do they present your product versus any competitor products to an interested retail customer?

    In my experience good staff can create the sale for a particular product.

    Bad staff can put you off the whole store - and even the brand of store, if it's a chain.
