    1. Who is your primary target audience? Where?

    2. What do you want to communicate in the calendar message? Who is going to get the calendar?

    3. What unique and compelling benefit do you offer your target audience? How are you different from, and better than, your competitors?

    You can write whatever you want to (within reason).

    What's the purpose of the communication?

    Who are you sending calendars to?

    What do you want recipients to do, think, or act on as a result of your mailing?
