The obvious problem that sticks out like a sore thumb is the self-centralized viewpoint. All your statements refer to what YOU believe is valuable to the customer and all the cool features YOU know how to offer.

The key is finding out if any of this is what the customer really wants. We can sit around and dream and develop technology that will pick your nose for you while you are on the pohone AND project the national news ina video format on you windshield while driving to work. Sounds cool, sounds useful, but do people really want it?

I suggest you conduct a targeted survey regarding your services. A good place to start is www.zoomerang.com.
