Marketing Calendar Templates?

I'm looking to review templates some of you use to communicate your quarterly or annual marketing campaigns/plans to your management or sales teams. I've been using an Excel spreadsheet which works - but it's hard to communicate campaign components without getting cumbersome. I'm sure some of you have come up with better ways to communicate a birds-eye view of long-term activity. Anything you can share is appreciated - thanks.

    An exel spreadsheet with links to other pages works well...

    Thanks to all who submitted responses - looks like we're all using somthing similar. Putting the combination of apps together into a PDF e-doc is a good idea. Another idea I came up with is to use Microsoft Sharepoint with built-in calendaring, document attachments, activity scheduling...
