This seems like a very comprehensive questionnaire for your purposes.

Who will you target to ask all these questions?

How do you plan to administer it?

I'm not sure I would ask the questions about cash or credit. You know they will want as much credit as possible for as long as you will allow. Your concern at the start-up stage should be who is going to be a good account, and who will be a bad payer. You need to establish credit worthiness using an external source of credit reference, like Dun & Bradstreet or similar commercial agencies.

    Hope these thoughts help.

If you sent that questionnaire to your prospects, not many would take you seriously - most companies have no interest in "Training" you or telling you anything that will give you an edge in negotiations.

You should be able to get what you need from industry publications and other available resources. Additionally, if you know who your competitors are, you could recruit some of their reps and interview them for ideas - you don't have to hire anyone unless you want to.

Good luck and see my profile to email me
