Air-activated Heat Patch

i would like to be informed what materials i should select to make a safe and effective air-activated heat patch for pain relief in rheumatism, backpain etc.

    A Liquid Phosphine soaked surgical bandage packed airtight or under nitrogen, should de nicely. Sets on fire immediately on contact with air and won’t go out when doused in water. It guarantees the incineration of the bit that needs heating.

    Look, I’ve got a degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry and worked around the industry for years. I wouldn’t dream to advise someone on a formulation covered by so much ethical legislation, safety legislation and so forth. My suggestion is much simpler – it also guarantees that you’ll get locked up and sued.
