Recommend A Marketing Agency?

I am looking for a marketing agency that has experience in the online payments or financial services space. I am looking for help in online marketing acquisition and need an agency that is very strategic, has great creative resources, experience in a breadth of channels (CPM, CPC, blogs, direct, viral, etc) and is analytical.

I prefer if the agency is based in the San Francisco bay area and has had experience with start-ups. Thanks in advance for any tips.
