I Need To Get Cdl Drivers For My Company

My company needs drivers for their trucks. It is a tight driver market right now. We put ads in the paper and get no responses. How can I get Drivers to apply without spending a fortune?

    My company keeps a list of free places where you can post job openings at https://www.helpUhire.com/Ref-FreeSites.html. Perhaps some of these may work for you.

    You may want to consider posting a sign about having opeings right on your trucks. Trained drivers are likely driving trucks already, so posting on your trucks could get your message in front of them.

    You may also want to Google "driving jobs", as I did and saw a couple of sites that look to be specific for truck driving jobs.

    Driver get driver campaigns - surely every driver has friends/relatives that drive professionally?

    If the firm is good to work for, wouldn't they be happy to introduce them?

    Incentives might be something other than just cash or gifts - maybe getting a plum job on the roster or net getting an unpopular job (e.g. not the high-sided truck run down the Florida peninsula, thanks...)
