Where Should I Get Report On Mc Donalds

i am a stdent of Last year of uni. as a part of class study as well as feild study i need to know that were can i get a market report on Mc donalds on customer satisfaction

    Hey starpuppy_84,

    I can't really answer that but see the website for www.supersizeme.com it might be able to give you some insight on how to obtain the information. Their is a movie on dvd that will outline some things about customer satisfaction. But in terms of direct numbers I'm not sure where you might find that. I hope this will get you started since no one has answered up till now. Is there anything else I can do for you?

    Have you tried a decent Google search? I did.

    Here's what I found:

    A 2001 L.A. Times article about low ratings

    Personally, I'm still a fan of their french fries. ;]
