Mr. X took over as president of an Airline in 1995. The Airline was losing sales for some previous years. Management had face this problem by cutting down cost. Mr. X saw saw that as a wrong solution. the Airline needed to find new ways to compete and build revenue. The Airline had been pursuing all travelers no focus (direction) & no superior advantages to offer anyone. infact it was seen as one of the least puntual areas of operations. if you were Mr. X what will you do?
