How Can I Create A Good Buzz For An Artist

I have an artist who is very talented, and is very catchy but i just cant come up with a good enough marketing plan to boost his fan base. I already have him on local mix-tapes. he already have his own solo projects but its not enough.

    Yes, a tough road, for the very reasons that Randall mentions.

    While you're here, click on the Search Questions link on the right side of this page. Try the keyword "music" and look through the archived threads. There have been four or five questions posted that were similar to yours.
