    There is also some overall good info at the website.

    If you register for the seminar you can get a demo version.

    Also, there are two books you should check out that will definitely help. Both authors are recognized experts:

    1) Return On Marketing Investment by Guy Powell

    2) Marketing ROI by James D. Lenskold. ( who also is involved with Campaignist)

    Both give calculations, formulas, and examples to work through.
