Type "proposal" in the search box to your upper right.

You will be taken to a TON of How-To articles and tutorials on submitting your product to retail outlets.

I would choose gimmicky gift shops like Spencer's. You may have some luck proposing the convenience stores. Contact Shell Oil, Core-mark, McLane, and HT Hackney. Those will cover all 7-11, Texaco, Phillips, Conoco, and Shell stations.

You might try some local, privately owned stores like smoke shops, head shops, obscure gifts, etc.

    Good Luck!

Jim mentioned a very good point about re-stocking. You might as well consider it a given. They WILL require you to take back inventory if he loses and/or the product does not sell after XX amount of days.

Most of the time you can negotiate a 10%-25% re-stocking fee plus shipping.

Another good point...make sure you can garauntee production levels. Nobody wants to make a deal then not receive the orders in a timely fashion.

    Everyone gave great advice!

Thanks for filling in the gaps, Jim!
