Your question confuses me.

You can't implement a marketing strategy until you have one defined. But in figuring out what your marketing strategy will be, you will also be figuring out how to implement it.

So, I guess your question really is how to market yourself as a financial consultant. To answer that, we would need to understand more about who your customers are, what you specialize in, etc.

You may want to use the search questions button in the right menu bar and search on "financial consultant" or just "financial" and see what questions have been asked before. I do think I have seen questions from financial consultants in the past.
