Need Recommendations For Customer Survey Firms For Non-profit

A non-profit scientific publisher has successfully moved from a book publisher to a web-based publisher. At a quarterly business committee meeting, it became apparent that they need to do some customer surveys. Do you have any suggestions for who they should contact for this customer survey? They want to spend about in the $30k range.

    Is this to be a customer "market research" survey, or a customer "product / service quality satisfaction and loyalty" survey?

    For general market research – there are many companies who do a good job.
