New Can Spam Act Of 2003

Does anyone know if it is a requirement that a company have their phone number as part of their Privacy Policy so that users can call to opt-out of any email newsletter program?

I have got conflicting messages on this.

    I haven't read, seen or heard anything about a phone number, but there does have to be a valid postal address included in the footer of all your commercial emails.
