Who Wants To Be In The Top 10?

Posted by Blaine Wilkerson on 650 Points
Who here, (other than current Top 7 experts) wants to attend the seminar and therefore be in the Top 10? I extend this to the experts 8-10 because they stand to lose Top 10 positioning!

Of course you knew this was coming.......

WHY?

I have to end this prior to 10:00 PM PST

Now's your chance to "Market Thyself"!!!!!

Thanks for the posts and the compliments guys! Diana asked where I get the time...

Well I fuse it into my daily routine, kinda like coffee breaks or checking my email. It' fun, educating, and a form of "Brain Candy" for me!

    Keeps me on my toes!

    Meanwhile, the clock is ticking..............

I would love to go and be able to come back home and impress all my friends who already have such wonderful personal brands. Does personality training come with it?

WEEEE! Look what I can do:
    Let me outta here!

Does anyone know any venture capitalists who want to invest in an Internet startup? My mascot is a sock puppet...

Is this what I'm supposed to do?

    Steve Wasiura wants to win!
This handsome man has a REAL need to attend a personal branding seminar, since he doesn't even know what that meansVote for Steve. Steve says:
    • If you can do it right the first time, it costs 43% less.

    • If you can't do it right the first time, do it as best as you can under the circumstances.

    • If you do it a second time, don't repeat the mistakes from the first time.

    • Don't throw away good money on something that's not working. Move on. Do something different.

    • View everything through the eyes of your intended audience.

    • If you're stuck on a problem, put it aside and do something else. Your unconscious mind will solve it for you in the background.
A vote for Steve is one less vote for George W. Bush

Steve, you certainly are a character! Your bio is...ummm....quite....umm...interesting!!!

Have I started an HTML trend here? Personally it's kinda cool to be able to post your picture or logo along with your response. I hope they don't restrict it!!!

At least this is easier than a presidential election.

I have 508 points, I need 637 to make it into the 10th spot. You're giving away 650 points. If I stand on my tippy toes I might make it.

And I'm not going to do any screaming speeches tonight. We know how that turns off voters.

Thanks to all for your posts!

I had to give the points to Steve for shear effort!!!

Personally, I am glad no one took this seriously. It's a reassurance to me of the integrity possesed by the members that noone actually tried to seriously sell themselves in order to get cheap points.

Call it a test, call it a contest, call it a "stealth analysis"...whatever you want to call it, you all passed!

Thanks again for not "selling out" and showing me you all have some integrity.

Steve, I hope you attend the seminar. Plus, please contact me via email. I may solicite some services from you for my site.

    Good Night All!!!

Yee Haw! I won! I won!

I'd like to thank The Academy, Janet Jackson, the hot tub club at MarketingProfs.com, my mom and dad, and Jett, because he didn't give a damn about my bad reputation.

Hey Jett thanks for being so generous with your points. I took this very seriously. That's why I put on a suit, ran down to the local Sears portrait studio, and searched the Internet for a witty quote to put on my campaign. (Although I had to fire my campaign manager for inappropriate activity with Ms. Jackson.)

I will attend the seminar, and I hope it will teach me about my personal brand, (which right now is kinda between idiot and wacko), and maybe I'll get some tips on personal grooming too? Is airfare and lodging included in the contest, or do I have to hide that in my expense report?

It brings tears of joy to my eyes to have the opportunity to work on your website. My family has been reduced to eating SPAM for dinner.

Thanks again, and don't take life too seriously, it's only the matrix.

What's wrong with SPAM Steve, you make it sound like a bad thing? I like spam... spam spam spam spam I'm having spam egg spam and chips with extra spam and a couple of Vikings thrown in. Thanks.

PS Not referring to e-mail spam, which IS definitely a BAD thaing!

PPS Val - who pruned our cheesey HTML bits out?

I can still see all the HTML stuff. I've had a few others say they can't see it...but I can.

    Weird......

There is nothing wrong with SPAM (I think Hormel is sponsoring this exchange thread), it's just that my family is used to hot dogs and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so SPAM is a little bit of a let down.

As for email SPAM, I'm not sure what you're talking about. I thought SPAM was only available in a can. Why, congress has even created a CAN SPAM ammendment. I assumed it was lobbied for by the aluminum industry. Do they make it for email too? What a convenience.
