This looks like a question from an exam!

Hypothetically speaking in the order asked:

    1a. You target demographic.

    1b. Your value propositon.

    2. Your value proposition.

3a. Email newsletters, open-house dinners or brunches, promotions (i.e. contests, give-aways, etc.), TV, Radio, Print ads, billboards, direct mailers.

3b. Utilize the most effective tools and strategies within your means to cary out your approach.

If this is for a specific project, please give me some more details for more specific answers...I won't bore you with a diatribe of general marketing terms, thereby flexing my "marketing muscles".

Otherwise, if this is just a test based on an imaginary scenario....see answers above!
