Signing Up Subscribers To A Free Newsletter

I have had over 3,000 visitor in the past 20 days, but only 50 new subscribers to a FREE newletter. How can I improve that?

    I guess you should ask yourself whether you have enough call to actions and if you offer a pretty good unique selling proposition.
    So, I would suggest you to put more call to actions if you don't have.
    Then, position the newsletter in a way that your visitors will get interested. What is in it for them? Is it easy to subscribe?
    I hope that helps, but it will be a good idea if you have showed us, how it is in order to make some suggestion about it also, and how it could be improve.
    P.S. Remember that also colors and layout also affect how attractive a newsletter is.

    Why not add a response here with a link to your site and to a sample copy of your newsletter?

    Then we can all have a look and come up with some more targeted suggestions.
