Yes, but each list has a different cost (per thousand) based on the value/incidence of the target segment. Homeowners will likely not cost as much as brain surgeons, etc.

Roberta, yes, by cost per thousand (CPM). Your best bet is to contact a reputable email list broker, and ask all your questions. There are many of them out there. I have used Statlistics and Allmedia among others, so can recommend them. If you do go ahead and rent (never buy) a list, be sure it's opt-in veriified. If you search for "email list brokers" be careful--lots of scammers out there.

Here's a sample list info page from Statlistics, which can give you an idea of pricing. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it is a typical email list. https://www.statlistics.com/mailing-lists/senior-leisure-living-internation...

The best list is a list that you create yourself, so while you're in the process of buying a list and sending to that list, make sure you are also doing what you can to create your own list. i.e. Email collection on a website - offer something free for signing up or an opportunity to get exclusive offers - you can also use Google Adwords to get people to your site to sign up to the list.

Conversion ratio will always be higher for a list that you create.
