Why do you need a title at all? Why not just deliver the promised benefit and let people see how valuable your experience can be for them?

I would like to know more... for example, are you the head honcho or are you working for someone else? is there some sort of a major change (e.g. going online)

Regarding a title: why people purchase from you in the past? How have they found you to be different than their competition? One way to find out is to ask them. You can call and ask them directly, or you can add a third-party interview some of your best customers. In the example of this is FedEx. This was a name given to the company by their customers.
