Need Help With Copy For Commercial Solar Mailer

Hi all,

I do commercial sales for a solar installation company in CA (high electric rates) and we want to do a mailer to small to mid size business owners telling them about the solar PACE program.

From Wikipedia: "PACE programs help home and business owners pay for the upfront costs of green initiatives, such as solar panels, which the property owner then pays back by increasing property taxes by a set rate over about 20 years. This allows property owners to begin saving on energy costs while they are paying for their solar panels. This usually means that property owners have net gains even with increased property tax."

I need help with a eye catching opener and call to action. We prefer that they call in but going to the website is ok too.

    Once they understand about the PACE program, why would they want to hire your company to do the installation? Ultimately, that's the message you need to convey in your marketing.

    Do some cold calling or appointment calls on at least 7-10 by your office businesses.

    Within two days you will know what they need to hear in your mailer
