I Need Your Input / Assistance Regarding Marketing

I'm in a discussion with a Government IT contractor that is interested in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation and nurturing with Gov't agencies. I'm looking to gain firsthand information (processes / messaging / conversion rates) from people that have used this strategy.

    as you look at statistics and methods, please bear in mind that sales to the federal government are quite different than sales to corporations or individuals.
