Unclear what your question is - you've headed it "Writing a sales letter" but then you say you're "writing about a strategic plan for our product"...

Is you question about writing a sales letter, or about writing the strategic plan?

Give us some more details and I think you'l find you get a lot more focussed help.

I would agree that we need more information to give good specific advice...

... but some general advice about writing letters might be to test alternative approaches. Send two letters, and test which approach works best. If you continue to seek the best advice you can, and to try and test new approaches, your letters and message will improve over time.
