    Is the problem that other facilities are getting more referrals, or business is simply "down", or people for some reason don't want to use your facility?

    Business is down ,not enough referrals and most important high turnaround of management .It is a great facility with great location,that used to do 16 patients a day .

    How does the "high turnaround of management" cause business to fall off? Why are there not enough referrals? Have you spoken with the doctors who used to be the best referrers? Why have they stopped referring? Or is MRI becoming "old technology?" If MRI is out, what is replacing it and why?

    Who is getting all the referrals you used to get? What are they doing to gain business (at your expense)?

    This sounds like a situation where an experienced marketing consultant with an objective outside perspective could add real value. Where are you located?

    Increase referrals. Connect with doctors able and willing to refer. Become the niche authority in MRI services.

    Heeey bernaa,

    another thing you can do is partner up with other organizations, clinic's or doctors offices who have an abundance of MRI patients but they lack the facilities to better serve their patients. You can either offer them a discount for the service or provide them with a bonus for every referral patient they send your way.

    The next thing I would do is examine the current existing service that you all provide. Figure out how to make the experience more patient centered than it already is. Figure out how to better Reward your Customers who come to your facility. Finally figure out how to better Reward your doctors who send their patients. It doesn't have to be costly to your organization at all...but see it as a benefit of increasing your Customer base. KEEP SMILING!!!
