What To Post On A Small Business Facebook Page

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hi. I have been managing my uncle's computer repair business facebook page but I have been struggling to find good good content to post in there. I would like to post content that people would share but I can't seem to have any ideas. Do you have any ideas? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

What are the top problems that people continue to ask you (that you can easily answer)?
Is there some new technology that's tripping up people?
Do you have some amazing stories of how you've helped your clients (saved their data after their laptop burst into flames)?

Do you have a link to share? A link to the Facebook page in question?

What do your uncle's customers say about him? Have you surveyed the customers? Are they happy with the service? Why? Or why not? Why did they use him as opposed to your competitors? How has your uncles computer business help them to become more successful in their own businesses? If his customers have good things to say, you could ask them for their permission to post the information on your website/social media.

    1) is the FB page a substitute for a website?

    2) go on facebook and see what other computer repair shops are doing with their FB pages for ideas

    3) if you work primarily in windows, the content i would push is stuff about important MS updates, what they mean in the simplest of terms so that your customers would understand, and also how those updates might change the way their pc behaves or looks

    4) once you build a following, ask questions. Something like "What is the one thing you wish your computer could do?"

    5) Videos. If possible, create How-To videos like "How to install more RAM" or "How to clean your hard drive" - there are A LOT of videos on youtube like this, but only you know your customers... so make your videos with them in mind.
