I am founder of an IT consulting company based out of NJ. Been in business for 5 yrs now. As the economy is bouncing back, we are expanding our business and have hired few sales people. Ealier I never had any sales team execpt for myslef. I need to formalise commisions for my sales guys, I need your assistance here. I plan to offer Base + commisons on profit he/she brings to the company. Need help in formulating the formula...!
