I have been working independently as a small business/marketing consultant for 2 years and am considering looking for full time employment in marketing. I also owned a retail business for 9 years. I have a degree in Business Administration and am working part-time on my MBA. I would appreciate any advice.
My main questions are:
1. What are the pros and cons of working in marketing?
2. How does the job of Marketing Manager differ from that of Product Manager?
3. What skills/knowledge are most important to being hired?
4. What skills/knowledge are most important to being GREAT at Marketing?
