Reseller Lead Generation Activities?

I am looking for some channel lead generation activities that are creative and have been successful for you in the past. Typical one's are, direct/email blitzes, seminars, trade show's etc. Any that worked particularly well?

    Myself an my clients have had the most success with Trade Shows and email newsletters.

    e-newsletters are on the rise as one of the most effective lead generation and customer retention tools even in spite of the CAN-SPAM act.

    Trade shows are a great way to reach out to local businesmen and the community at large, giving you a face to face level of communication. A great way to get contacts!
