New Coaching/consultant Firm

Hello All,

I'm in the planning stages of starting a coaching firm. My primary focus will be life and business coaching with an emphasis on: (1) helping individuals maximize their potential (reach their goals) through personal development, (2) helping business owners to work on their business rather than in their business.

I would like Cornell to be a part of the name of the firm and I don't have any ideas about a tag line yet.
